work

I’m a designer that works with and for people.

You’ll often find me spending as much time with wireframes and prototypes as I do facilitating conversations with my design team, developers, business stakeholders, users, and anyone else needed to make a project succeed.

My definition of “clean design” goes beyond aesthetics—good design solves real problems and is usable by everyone, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation.

I like to understand what we’re building and why, and I champion evidence-based design decisions. When we don't have the answer to those questions, I help lead the research and ideation work so we can start with a solid foundation.

I've worked with companies like Costco, Sam's Club, FedEx, and Spud. Most recently, I was a Product Design Manager at Staples USR, where I led the experience vision and design strategy for Staples Print & Shipping Services, improved customer journeys across digital and in-store touchpoints, and created frameworks and processes that empowered designers to do their best work.

I’m currently open to new opportunities while refreshing my portfolio with my most recent case studies–stay tuned!
In the meantime, you can read about some focus areas I've worked on and a couple of case studies.
